The unique new glamping location features a cluster of five metre bell tents, fully equipped with queen-sized beds and Egyptian cotton 1000 thread-count sheets for the most luxurious night’s sleep.
A European eco-friendly wood heater keeps each tent toasty, while BOSE speakers and a Weber barbecue help to ensure that glampers are still in touch with their urban conveniences. Each bell tent also comes with its own private 4m tipi tent, with a fully-functioning bathroom comprising of a flushing toilet and a gas-powered shower.
The beautiful location could not be more picturesque, and there’s a multitude of things for guests to do. A major wine route with more than thirty vineyards is sure to draw serious wine connoisseurs to the area, while those who prefer to be at one with nature can go bushwalking through local national parks and meander along miles of white sandy beaches only 10 minutes away, not to mention the abundance of wildlife on the site.
The entire area is also criss-crossed with a myriad of cycling routes, perfect for those who love to explore the world on two wheels instead of four! Those who love their sports can find plenty to do here. There are regular yacht races held by the yacht club at Beauty Point, all of which can be seen perfectly from the tents – now that’s entertainment! Clarence Point is a perfect location for fishing and watersports, ensuring that guests will never be without an exciting activity or two.
The site is just forty-five minutes north of Launceston, offering easy access to the local airport for interstate and international travellers. Or perhaps guests can cruise in on the Spirit of Tasmania into Devonport only 50 minutes away.
